Payment Policy
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal,
Check by phone, and E-checks. To place an order with a credit card
you must be the cardholder. If a credit card is denied,

will notify the customer. If the customer is not contacted, the
order will be canceled.
Orders placed with personal checks, will be held until the check
clears the bank. Money orders and certified bank checks will be
processed immediately. All checks returned will be charged a $35.00
service fee. Orders will not be sent until funds are collected.
Checks and money orders must be drawn on a US bank in US funds.

Shipping Policy
Our policy is to ship all orders received before 2:00PM ET on the
same day the order is placed. In many cases orders placed as late as
4:00PM ET can be shipped the same day.

your order is shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation.
International Shipping Policy
We make every effort to keep shipping costs reasonable, and we do
not profit from our shipping rates.
Please be aware that the shipping charges applied to your order DO
NOT include any brokerage fees, customs duties or taxes. Any
additional customs fees that may or may not be applied to your order
are done so at the discretion of your local customs department.
Please contact them with any specific issues.
Be aware that if you refuse delivery on an order, we will be glad to
issue you a refund. However, YOU will still be responsible for the
original shipping costs, any customs duties or taxes, and the cost
of returning the package to us. These costs will be subtracted from
your merchandise refund.
